How does Wi-Fi Pro work?
Unlike standard broadband installation, we’ll assess your home and optimise your Wi-Fi to suit your property’s layout.
We’ll provide up to three Wi-Fi extenders to help remove blackspots and improve coverage, so you can enjoy a stronger, more reliable connection throughout your home.
What is a Static IP and why do I need one?
A Static IP provides a fixed internet address instead of one that changes over time. Standard broadband typically uses a dynamic IP address, which can change periodically, whereas a Static IP remains the same. This can make it easier to securely access company networks, VPNs and business applications that require a consistent IP address.
Can I securely access my company's systems from home?
Yes. Homeworker Pro combines a dedicated Static IP with Norton 360 Advanced to help support secure remote working.
Whether you’re connecting to company servers, VPNs or cloud-based business applications, you’ll have the tools you need to work securely from home.
What's included with Norton 360 Advanced?
Norton 360 Advanced is included for the first 12 months of your contract, helping protect your work and personal devices against viruses, malware and online threats.
It also includes features such as Secure VPN, Dark Web Monitoring, scam protection and 200GB Cloud Backup, giving you extra peace of mind while you work online.
Can I switch from my current broadband provider?
Yes. If you use One Touch Switch, the process is very straightforward. We’ll manage the transfer from your current provider, making the process quick, simple and hassle-free.
If you’re eligible, you’ll also receive a £100 bill credit when you switch.
How quickly can I be connected?
Subject to availability, we can connect many homes in as little as 2 days.
Once your installation date is confirmed, our engineers will install your service, optimise your home Wi-Fi and make sure everything is working before they leave.
Is Homeworker Pro suitable if other people are online?
Yes. Homeworker Pro is designed to keep you productive, even when the rest of your household is streaming, gaming or browsing online at the same time.
With ultrafast 900Mbps broadband and professionally optimised Wi-Fi, you’ll have the speed and capacity to work without unnecessary interruptions.
Does Homeworker Pro include everything I need?

Will a Static IP improve my home working?
If your employer requires secure remote access to company systems, a Static IP can provide a more reliable way to connect to VPNs, remote desktops and business applications.
What happens after my 24-month contract expires?
When your 24-month contract ends, you’ll automatically move onto a rolling monthly contract at the same price as your final monthly payment. After that, your monthly price will only change in line with our annual £2 April price increase.
