How does Wi-Fi Pro work?
Unlike standard broadband installation, we’ll assess your home and optimise your Wi-Fi to suit your property’s layout.
We’ll provide up to three Wi-Fi extenders to help remove blackspots and improve coverage, so you can enjoy a stronger, more reliable connection throughout your home.
Is Family Connect Pro suitable for larger homes?
Yes. Family Connect Pro is ideal for medium and larger homes where reliable Wi-Fi coverage is important.
How many devices can Family Connect Pro support?

What's included with Norton 360 Advanced?
Norton 360 Advanced is included for the first 12 months of your contract, helping protect your family’s connected devices against viruses, malware and online threats.
It also includes features such as Secure VPN, Dark Web Monitoring, parental controls and identity protection, giving you added peace of mind while you’re online.
Do I really get an unlimited mobile SIM?
Yes. Your bundle includes an unlimited data mobile SIM, giving you extra flexibility when you’re away from home.
It’s ideal for travelling, commuting, staying connected while you’re on the go.
Can I switch from my current broadband provider?
Yes. Switching is straightforward with One Touch Switch. We’ll manage the transfer from your current provider, making switching quick, simple and hassle-free.
If you’re eligible, you’ll also receive a £100 bill credit when you switch.
How quickly can I be connected?
Subject to availability, we can connect many homes in as little as 2 days.
Once your installation date is confirmed, our engineers will install your service, optimise your home Wi-Fi and make sure everything is working before they leave.
What happens after my 24-month contract expires?
When your 24-month contract ends, you’ll automatically move onto a rolling monthly contract at the same price as your final monthly payment. After that, your monthly price will only change in line with our annual £2 April price increase.
