Will my devices handle Hey!Broadband’s Gigafast speeds?
Our Gigafast 900 Mbps plans are built for speed, but your device’s capability matters. For the best experience, connect via ethernet to hit top speeds. WiFi might be slower due to factors like your home’s layout or device limits—our Mesh WiFi Pods can help extend that signal to every corner.
What if I’m stuck in a contract with another provider?

Can I use my own router?
Yes, we provide Bridge Mode* service for free. If you plan to use your own router and require bridge mode, please let us know before installation as this will require a special modem to be installed. Otherwise, you will be charged £60 for the extra engineer visit. *We are not responsible for any configuration issues or processes for routers that are not provided nor placed by Hey!Broadband when installing a bridge mode. Our team only takes care of installation of the “bridge device” to give customers the possibility to use their own router. We kindly invite our customers to flag any issues with the provider of their router.
