Yes, we provide Bridge Mode* service for free. If you plan to use your own router and require bridge mode, please let us know before installation as this will require a special modem to be installed. Otherwise, you will be charged £60 for the extra engineer visit. *We are not responsible for any configuration issues or processes for routers that are not provided nor placed by Hey!Broadband when installing a bridge mode. Our team only takes care of installation of the “bridge device” to give customers the possibility to use their own router. We kindly invite our customers to flag any issues with the provider of their router.

How do I switch to Hey!Broadband Mobile, if I'm currently with another provider?

Switching is hassle-free. Once you've chosen your Hey!Broadband Mobile plan, you can request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your current provider. We'll then use this code to transfer your number and seamlessly switch you over. Here are the steps:

  • Request your PAC code from their current provider (Text PAC code to 65075)
  • Our mobile agent will ask for the PAC code along with other details during sign up
  • A new Hey!B SIM will be posted to you within 3 -5 working days
  • Once you receive your SIM in the post, you will also receive a link via email for activation
  • Follow these steps, and once the process is complete, your current number will have been ported to Hey!B
